Interest rate rounding

Just make sure your actual loan does not end in 1/8, 3/8, 5/8, or 7/8. If so, the interest rate gets rounded to two significant digits, thus calculations are all wrong. Too bad, so sad for you (and me).

Otherwise it is functional.
