there should be a choice of weekly/biweekly etc. should be able to print otherwise, i do like calculator this and would be prepared to pay to unlock a premium version

Very feature rich calculations - but it seems to crash after each change to your input values - when you start it up again it works but this crash is annoying.

The application works as expected for monthly calculations, however it does not have a function to set bi weekly/semi monthly payments. For this reason, the app is not very useful. Hopefully in the next revision it will have some of those basic functions.

Its probably the most efficient mortgage calculator.

It was a awesome app until it started closing every time I hit the "calculate" button.

I downloaded at least 5 apps before I finally found this one. It is much more flexible and provides a chart with when it is intended to be paid off and how much faster it will with the additional payments.

Its very helpful and easy to use. Straight forward for changing variables especially for a mortgage refinance, benefits on additional payments and impact on early payoff.

App has some very cool features like graphing and extra payments but is missing important fields like down payment, taxes and homeowners insurance which are essential for figuring out what you will REALLY be paying each month.

Good app but it is limited in its usefulness. It needs PMI and property tax to be worked in. After using this app I still need to use something else to get the whole picture of what a mortgage will cost. I love the extra payment feature this one has

Excellent app, easy to use and easy to see the effect of extra payments (regular intervals or annually). Highly recommend

The system design and set up is very nice and clear. Download it and use it! You will delete all other similar app as I did.

Great program, has now taking place of my excel spreadsheet. Used today while presenting options in a meeting. A few questions were raised and I was able to plug figures and get results for the white board. Not as easy with my lapslop. (Laptop)

Very useful and organized in analyzing mortgage loan. Love it.

Handles exactly the functions I needed. Easy to operate. I had a small glitch in the amortization display when I ran an ARM study. A reinstall resolved the issue.

I think this App is not bad at all...
