Great app to keep track of your progress for different mortgages. Use it all the time! I really like the ability to save different files for different mortgages rates and the ability to add additional payments whenever they occur. Thank you for making it so easy to use!

Great app. Motivating to see how a little extra principle makes big impacts in the long run.

There are many apps out there to help you figure put payment schedules, but the simple layout and power to set up the mortgage and add payments to visualize payoff scenarios as well as the fine tuning for entry, def winner in my book. Replaces a lot of what I used to do in excel and much more painful. Two thumbs way up.

I loved this app until I got my iphone6. Since then, I cannot change or update the date of the mortgage.

Freezes at 1st payment input

Froze when I tried to change the mortgage type. Then I deleted the app.

By far the best mortgage app, scheduled extra payments as well as added individual mortgage payments in the amortization are the features that I love the most that are missing in most apps. The only options I would add are taxes insurance and pmi.

Cant use app crashes all the time !!!

App initially had an issue caused by the iOS 9 update. Developers were quick to fix the problem and it works great now.
