I wanted to see how extra principal would reduce my term of loan. Allows you to save each scenario and reload those same numbers later. Also exports an Excel amortization table. Best of these mortgage calculators.

Im a mortgage broker and this app is great for showing clients the various options, payments, amortizations, etc.

Skip Trulia and Zillow. They are too basic. This app does the trick.

Great program that easily shows you how you can quickly pay off your mortgage and save a ton of interest. I would like to also have the option of paying twice per month versus once.

Great tool! Love the export to email feature. Add cumulative interest on a monthly basis and u got a winner.

Okay, if you are going to lose your data if you upgrade, the least you could do is put it as the first bullet point not the 3rd or 4th where you have to tap the down arrow to see it. Ugh. All data lost. Thanks.

Just make sure your actual loan does not end in 1/8, 3/8, 5/8, or 7/8. If so, the interest rate gets rounded to two significant digits, thus calculations are all wrong. Too bad, so sad for you (and me). Otherwise it is functional.
